We did the first charity ride of the year on Sunday and have raised \u00c2\u00a3400 for the Stroke Association.<\/p>\n
It was a hot, dusty day on London Bridges and we weaved around side streets, joggers, dog-walkers and of course other cyclists to cover the 33miles in\u00c2\u00a0 3 1\/2 hours. Nothing to scare Lance Armstrong but then again he never had to deal with traffic lights.<\/p>\n
